advice how you contact USCIS? By phone or email? I emailed USCIS in the past almost 2 yrs about my I485 and every time the answer is NC pending by FBI and they said no control on that (althoug I doubt too). Besides, I heard calling USCIS normally doesn't help either.

If you got better luck, could you advice the contact info? Thanks.
