Thank you for your advice regarding my case without original LC.

The fact is DOL has never mailed the lawyer the LC paper but the employer did receive the final determination letter. So the attorney filed the I140/I485 with the copy of the LC and final determination letter from DOL. We have received the receipts and completed the FP.

My question is: if we upgrade the I140 to PP, will it be denied based on no original ETA forms?
