485 case processing after xfer from VSC to TSC

my 485 receipt date is July 14th, 2006 from VSC. Today my 485 case was transferred from VSC to TSC. Based on the I-485 processing dates (May 18th for VSC, Aug 21st for TSC), will my case be started for processing once it was xferred to TSC (assuming NC is done)? Thanks.
