Just checkd the website you gave me and thought 移民法上203(b)是總述﹐包括I-140的所有類別.203(b)(1) Priority workers. 203(b)(2) Aliens who are members of the professions holding advanced degrees or aliens of exceptional ability. (3) Skilled workers, professionals, and other workers.
Does 203(b)(2) mean EB2?
