請問485 pending在同一employer內變更工作需要注意什麽?

申請485後,在原employer內更換工作,請問要注意什麽?需要file AC21 to INS嗎?

如果新的工作有新的responsibilities, e.g. LC filed under computer software engineer, the new position might also require customer interaction, 可以嗎?

Is that true as long as employer is willing to sign employment verification letter to state it is the same job deion, it will be fine? Regardless what you exactly do?
