do name-recheck，that's why my 485(EB2 dependent) is pending so long: 45 month. And Immigration won't tell senator office why name-recheck.

Have you hear this before: name re-check?
my name is short, entire name only 6 letters, is that why? Or something went wrong?? Mad....
