回複：about 485 peding, apply AP

The law or memo about this is quite murky. So on the safe side, either you apply for EAD before leaving or do amendment of your H1 after coming back.
If you leave without EAD, you might be safe, but that also questions your pending case since the law is not clear enough for you to make a quick decision.
