I currently works as a postdoc and my boss just told me the money for the project will be out by the end of this June.

I understand my urgent problem is find a new job ASAP and I am doing that. I have a few other questions and hope people can help answer. ( I am currently H1B based on school. I filed NIW and my PD is 09/27/2005. 140 approved and 485 pending.)

1. Will INS know that I am out of job taking I can not find one by this June? Will it affect my pending NIW 485 case?

2. I have EAD based on pending 485, will I be able to work using it? I know that I should try to find a job in similar industry to minimize risk.

3. Any suggestions in case I don't have a job by this June to work out the situation until I can get the green card?
