我們夫妻倆h1 h4的身份馬上要到期了， 請大家幫忙看看

1）由於已經持有h1 6 年，也沒法再延期，請問身份到期以後是否還有60 天的時間讓我們準備離境？還是必須在到期前離境？

2）我h4 的身份， 現在找到一家公司願意幫我辦h1, 那麽7，8，9 三個月我是否可以留在美國？ 還是必須回國簽h1?
