Recheck sometimes is triggered by duplicate name or similar applications, so CIS thinks the first name check was invalid and had to initial another name check.... it maybe their processing glitch or whatever reasons behind the scene , but not your fault, the eventual resultant would be approval time delay again and again which they don't care since Security is abosolutely No.1 high priority... if interested, you may join this namecheck discuss group just initialized few days back:
