到底要不要辦H1？
It is better to get it.
我一是沒有時間回國簽證，二是考慮到開銷太大(一家3口回一次國不容易)。485早就是current了，一直卡在name check上。但也沒準過幾個月就批了。

如果真要辦H1的話，我是不是最好回中國簽？能不能去加拿大墨西哥什麽的方便一點？

還有，我一家是不是必須拿AP回國？如果簽過了就拿H1回來，簽不過就拿AP回來。
If you already get AP, it is ok. But the AP follow 485. If 485 is denied, you can not go back to US
