30 paper (17 first author) in English; reviewer for three international journals; 1 international award (from US federal) and 1 national award (got it in China); I did not put any meeting presetation in petition package at all, three media reported my research; assisstant professor, depart. chair write a recommendation letter, and my own one page petition cover letter. and I140 was apprived within one week.
