I485 RFE for F-1 Student 懇請建議

收到USCIS的RFE，信上說申請人在豬年狗月(F-1開始）和猴年馬月(F-1結束，OPT開始）之間可能沒有保持應該的合法身份。原話是說: "It appears by the G-325 and Form I-20 A/Bs you ted that you maybe violating your F-1 status and woring in the United States without authorization."

奇怪的是所有提交的I-20, I-94和曾經回國的一些紀錄都明明白白的說明了這段時間都是全職學生。I-20上的所有收入都是Tuition and Fees和stipend funded by school.

現在想到的唯一解決辦法是由學校的國際學生辦公室出具一封信，證明在此期間都是全職學生，校內的獎學金是許可的。

懇請提供建議。
