我在485 name check, 可能要超過3年，我準備和我女朋友結婚，帶她來美國。我能帶她去大使館申請H1給自己，H4給她嗎。如果這樣做，會影響我485的申請嗎。另外她如果能到美國，她轉什麽身份以後比較好。謝謝！
