140 EB2 被拒，正在上訴中

140 EB2 被拒，正在上訴中， 如果AAO （Administrative Appeals Office ）還是拒掉，我要去Federal Court 打官司，如果我輸了官司， 是不是馬上得回國？我現在H1-B 第9年。
