my wife as my dependent. We got the RFE emails and letters at the same time. The RFEs were the same too: 1.we should have both TB skin test and chest X-ray test, but not only chest X-ray. (the doctor told us one of them was OK!!! at our first visiting). 2.copy of I94 (I have included one in the package i sent them last year. But we don't want to argue with USCIS. We incuded copies of all old I94 and the new I94.)
USCIS received our RFEs at 03/05.
