Question 1: since you dont have a EAD you dont need to make a copy of it..just need to proof that you are legal in the US..such as your F1 document
Question 2: i am not sure about this,but i suggest you send all the supporting document that they need at once, so they dont postpone your green card process

by the way go to this website www.uscis.gov you will be able to get all the forms you need and read the instructions on the form it will help you a lot^-^
