Notice on the recent transfer from VSC to TSC

Got the notice today, it is said:

This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following office for processing.
TSC ... ...

It does not mention though the NC is being cleared.

Despite that, still sounds like a good sign. Hope everyone good luck!
