請教小白兔我前麵的問題-再貼一遍

最近在此壇得知綠卡申請是case by case,受到啟發後有現在的問題。LG在2003年申請了兩個140，分別是EB1B Outstanding Researcher,和EB2A NIW。第一個EB1B在一年後批準，我們根據這個遞了485。2005年NIW也批了，但因為已遞了485，我們對於NIW的批準沒有采取任何行動。

現在LG的name check 已經超過兩年了，感覺就要走最後一步了－WOM.但在這最後一步之前，看看還有沒有其它的option.

問題 －could filing I-485 based on the approved NIW be an option? And is it too late to file that I-485 after almost two years later?
