if your spouse is a US citizen, usually all they need to do is to prove that you have a legitimate marriage relationship together. questions such as - how did you meet each other? what do you do for a living? - does your spouse have relatives in US? ...
if the interviewing officer thinks you are OK, they will not ask you any intimate questions. if not, he or she might go deeper to make sure you are really a couple.
be honest to the officer is the key.
