We got exactly same response from CIS Nebraska center. Our cases are in the same time period as yours too. We're also thinking about WOM.

Cannot give you valuable advice, but want to give you some mental support - you're not alone. So have a deep breath and be positive.

Our idea is to consult with a lawyer first about the WOM. We are doing some research on our side too. You can search keyword of WOM on this forum to get some information.
