1. after check yes on your 485 and write the explanations , your GC case will be different from over 99% of the cases.
2. my view, you may need an attorney to write the explanation for you or handle your case for you. ask the lawyer his /her successful cases for 1)arrest records and 2)convicted short time. although you will spend some money now. it is better now than sorry later.
3. when the final letter arrived. it is the sentence. even you can go to ABC (America Broadcast Corp.) about how you were mistreated, you still will face the sentence.
