有EB1經驗的請進：我可以申請EB1(a) or EB1(B)?

各位前輩， 我的情況：

1) 美國論文12篇(5個第一)， 國內13篇(10個第一)， over 100 citations (沒有很好的文章， 最高 4.5 impactor factors);

2) 為2個美國雜誌 和2個中國雜誌reviewer;

3) 一個selective membership (PhiZeta), 一個普通membership;

4) 5個pending patents;

5) 在美國5個proposals (2個PI， 3個CO-PI)；

6) 國內係主任， 現在一個實驗室的supervisor; (community service)一個中文學校校長

申請EB1(b) 有點勉強 (beg for signature from department head, he did agree. However, it is better for me not to use it though ). Would I have a shot for EB1(a), or go for EB1(b)?

其實很不想在這混， 為了孩子沒有辦法。
