I think you claimed too many.
For not so strong items, don't even mention them.
Because if you mentioned, for sure, you get RFE.
Also, I heard that Premium most like gets RFE as the
officer needs more time. As long as he can find one
excuse, he will FRE you. Except you are really perfect,
premium may really work.
Like Xiaobaitu said, try your best, never mind your
items 5, 6 and 7, focus on providing more evidence
(e.g. reference letters) to support your first four
items. Some of the tips:
1. award: ask the organizers to provide you letters
to attest the importance of the awards.
2. ask senior researchers to provide letters to
attest the importance of the journals
3. for your papers, provide them citation numbers of
each paper, even provide them papers copies that has cited your papers.
4. "outside your circle of colleagues" means not your coauthors, not your friends, not your colleagues in the same group or same university etc. You need to find references who are completely outside your circle: someone from Europe whom you only met in the conference; someone from other countries who became to know you from your papers, like someone requests your reprints etc. You could ask the journal editors to write support letters for you since you reviewed papers for them.
