I-485 Seperate pkg or one pkg?

Hello,

I am filling out I-485 form based on the approval notice from I-130 petition of my father. I also applied for advanced parole and working permit, here are my questions:

1. Should I send them in seperate pkgs or one pkg?
2. If seperate, which INS office should I send to for each package, since I am in New York, should I send it to the Vermont service center or the local INS office?
3. What kind of letter should I send by postal office? I mean something like Gua Hao Xing?
