I used it, it is good and convenient. You will get a confirmation letter from USCIS after 45 days. In case, you can also call USCIS 1-800 number to check if your address in their system has been updated after 45 days.
Calling USCIS is an alternative way to change your address of your pending case. If you case is pending in local, you may call local USCIS, otherwise, you need to the serivce center where your case is pending. In addition, you still need to file AR-11.
