Change job,waiting for LC card

Hello,

I am working in Company A using H1b and still waiting for labor certificate card (started green card application 2 years ago). Now Company B offer me a job with 15% rise of my current salary and promised to start grren card application right now. Also company B looks stable than A. My questions is that if I accept this offer, I will waste 2 years and I am worried if I am run of time (I am in my third year of H1b). Please advice. Is it worthy to re-start the application?
