485 Name check pending

My friend's 485 name check (application was filed in CA) has been pending over 2 years.

1. Does anyone know the contact information of the Fist Lady (eg, email address or mailing address)?

2. Does anyone have sample letters sent to the first lady or senator, which could be shared?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
