Where to file AP? processing time for AP-- please help

I want to file my AP now. My situation was like this:

My I-140 was approved at VSC, so I filed I-485 filed at VSC last year, then I reveived 485 receipt from NSC.

So where should I file the application? Should I file AP for re-enter or for other? At VSC and NSC, the processing date for other is November 20. For AP Re-Enter, the date is September 21. This means if I file AP for Re-enter now I will have to wait for five months before it is processed. It seems I am late already for the summer travel.

I wonder if anyone whose processing date was before Semptember 21 has received AP document now. If you have received your AP document, how long did it take to get approved? Can anyone share your experience?
