填485，AP，EAD表的幾個問題，多謝

I-485 Form:

(1) Name in Native Language一項，我輸入中文名字後，無論是encoding Chinese Simplified 或 Unicode，save後在表中出現的都是“？”，請問怎樣才能輸入中文呢？

（2）Visa Application Type共8個選擇，除了難民等肯定不是的外，好象隻有兩個可以選：
a. Immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.
h. Other basis of eligibility
是不是該選a？如果選h，我是H1，該如何填？

（3）Visa #是13位數字的Control Number還是8位的紅色數字？

（4）I-94 Information中Place of Arrival是填入關的城市還是最後到達的終點站？

I-765 Form:

（1）我已有H1，在I am applying for一欄中還是選Permission to accept employment嗎？在緊接著的一欄Eligibility Categories: Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12中的30多個選擇中，我應該選哪項呢？好象都不象，隻有29 Adjustment Applicant有點象，是選這一項嗎？

（2）Have you ever before applied for Employment Authorization from USCIS?
我申請過H1，應該答YES或NO呢？

I-131 Form:

（1）Refugee or Asylee Info
這一部分我是不是都空著不填？

（2）Application Type
a. I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the U.S and am applying for a Reentry Permit
d. I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel
我是不是該選d？不過a中的conditional resident是什麽意思？

我在這搜索了一下，沒有找到這些問題的答案。麻煩有經驗的朋友幫助一下。多謝多謝！
