打擾法居士(F1vs. EAD/AP)

在４８５調整期間，如果原來是學生身份Ｆ１，一旦用了ＡＰ或ＥＡＤ，學生身份就失去。

請你解答我的疑點，謝了。
在４８５調整期間，如果原來是學生身份Ｆ１，隻領取AP 和 EAD 而不使用它們(through my hu*****and's employment I40/I485/AP/EAD concurrently filing this week),
F1身份會不會失去？
如果是肯定的，F1可以維持到I485批準麽?
一旦I485被據， F1身份仍可使我合法完成學業。
是這樣理解麽？
