謝謝您回複，是啊，一有錄卡就可以申請免費看病，還可以申請老人房子，每月還有錢領呢。我本來也覺得奇怪，不是我們做子女的作了經濟擔保麻，其實那等於是假的，一拿卡就歸政府管拉。
