(1) Do you think how much risk I will take if I accept this job but have not been hired to be permanent employee when INS process my case?
(2) Are you sure INS will contact my employer when they process my case?
(3) Can a position through a recruiting agent be count as a permanent job? or I have to find a permanent job?
