問題1：dependant身份申請綠卡，I485現pengding.請問即使I485在離婚以後得到批準，理論上也是一個無效的綠卡？
問題2：Does this invalid Green Card make me not eligible to use a approved H1B?

Background of the questions: I am going to devorce. My I485 is pending. I ask my company to apply H1B visa and use this H1B after Oct. The lawyer of the company said the best way to do it is to postphone the devorce to the end of Sept. to avoid the situation of getting a approved I485 and a approved H1b. Otherwise, not only I get a invalid Green Card, but also this invalid Green Card will make me not eligible to use the H1b.

Too complicated!!!
