請教小白兔及眾位專家:H1-B申請第二個三年pending, 如何為父母辦延期

我正在申請第二個三年，第一次H1-B已經過期了．Case is still pending for almost three months. 我需要盡快為父母辦延期手續，不知如何證明我的合法身份．是否應該把我的h1-b申請表一起遞交呢？
