Me too. My case was transferred to NSC in May. I called them twice and all had answers to me. I was told they would send the notice to officer because it is out of time. They did it because i also received the notice from VSC after 2 months. Then the case was updated. I will wait for 3 more months. If it is still pending, i will ask lawyer help to file EB-1b.
