請教：I-140/485 (EB1a) 在Nebraka SC被拒，Appeal有用嗎？

很悲哀地得知，I-140/485 (EB1a) 被拒。信上說可以對於I-140的拒絕可以Appeal。不知道Appeal有沒有用？有多大的成功希望？Appeal對I-485也有用嗎（I-485的拒絕信上說對此決定不能Appeal）。有沒有人有成功經驗？謝謝。
