I checked on Pacer, and see some legal words that I don't understand, can anybody explain the meaning of them:

1. STIPULATION of Dismissal, without prejudice pursuant to xxxxx

2. ORDER that this cause be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

And can I search the complaint documebnt that was filed by the plaintiff in Pacer?
