Hi, I am thinking about applying for green card under EB-1 Outstanding researcher. I got my PhD in 2000, now working at the researcher center in a well known company. The company is willing to sponsor OR petition but not NIW. I have 4 published journal papers, 6 conference proceedings, total less than 10 citations. I am the regular member of an international society. Reviewed one paper for one journal. Some people say OR is the easiest among EB1-EA, OR, and NIW because it is employer sponsored. But others say it is getting more difficult now. One has to be internationally recognized. I am confused. Anyone has experience please share. Thanks.
Am I qualified for EB-1 OR?
