給議員/第一夫人寫信管用嗎?

議員的秘書回信說"there is no way to expedite the NAME CHECK process, and even no way to tell how much longer it will be".
雖然失望, 但或許是實話. 給第一夫人寫信會有不同嗎? 哪位寫信起了作用, 能分享信是怎麽寫的嗎?
