485 pending,140 new update

記得看過相似的帖子詢問，不過找不到了。請問各位有經驗的朋友，140去年5月就已經批了，485九月份遞的，除了FP後update，一直未變。但是140最近2月18號有更新，信息沒有變，是怎麽回事？
