請問加拿大移民填表 -- 我該填哪種?

現在skilled worker分the regular process and the simplified application process. 有五類人要申請regular process. 其中之一是"have a legal status in the United States and are ting their application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo."我不太明白這句話.

本人現為H1B,在芝加哥.是否就是以上這種? 但感覺並不對,好象應該走simplified application process.

望前輩們賜教.
