Xiao Baitu and others, please help my I-485 RFE!

I send my family's 485 in Jan. 2007. Now I got a 485 RFE only for the photocopy of my hu*****and's birth certificate. But I sent it in the 485 package already, it is the same as my son's and mine (出生公證 from Shanghai). Now they ask it again. Do you think it is possible that they didn't see it in my hu*****and's 485 package? Can I send the same Photocopy as before, or the original one?
