我同事申請LC時的職位要比我申請時的職位底兩級. 但職位類別是相同的(軟件工程師).如果我用同事的LC申請I-140&485會有任何風險嗎? 如果有, 會是怎樣的風險哪?
First of all, as what I said, the LC includs his name,and prevailing wage track number. So, you can not use it. If your lawyer said you can, I do not think he did perm before.
2. 如果我用同事的LC申請I-140&485. 這會對我現在的LC申請產生任何影響嗎?
It must be a fraud case.
3. 如果我的LC被批準. 我依然可以/有必要用我自己的LC再申請I-140&I-485 嗎?
