all they need to qualify for submitting an visa application is a reason for a visa, in this case, an invitation letter from you.
The outcome of their visa application: reject or approve, many time has little to do with the above things you prepared. It's all come down to VO's impression of parents' immigration intent (or possiblity of overstay)
