h4回國

盡管已經討論過很多次，還是不放心。我是H4身份，2000年以F2身份來美國，03年轉成H4, 有兩個在美國出生的孩子。今年四月初想一個人帶兩個孩子回國待3個月，要到上海美領館簽證，老公去年八月遞了140申請，還沒有批準，估計快了。象我這種情況回國簽證風險大嗎？六年多了，真的很想回去看看，因為沒有綠卡，一直不敢回國。畢竟在這兒房子也買了，要是回不來可就慘了。。。
