Does anyone got EB3-LC (RIR) certified from PBEC lately?
My PD: 5/2004, 45-day letter received & replied: 2/2005, Atlanta Region. I check the status on http://pds.pbls.doleta.gov/ almost everyday, but it’s still under “In Process”.

I also check http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/philadelphia-backlog-tracker/; some people with PD March 2005 are already certified.

I am a little bit overwhelmed by the USCIS, does anyone in the same boat as I do? Can you all share some information?
