請教小百兔: 收到移民局的Transfer Notice

通知上寫的是:

This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have
transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:
Nebraska Service Center.

到底是什麽意思? 是不是能加快點進程呢?
