回複:Going back to China

Theoretically, you can go back to China and apply for a new visa in China for your returning.
It is believed that a H1 visa is easy to get.
However, there is always a risk that you may encounter some unexpected issue/trouble when you apply for your return visa, such as some security check.

I have a collegue, who is an Indian. He went back to India two years ago for a short visit, and he got a security check when he applied for his returnning visa in India.
He had been working from India for about one year, before he got his returning visa.
The good news is he got his visa and returned to USA finally. The bad news is he had been working in India and waiting for the visa for one year.

It seems that most people believe that it may be a little easier to go to Mexico/Canada to apply for a new visa.

So think it over before you go.
