140NIW RFE question

RFE 的中心問題是要提供證據證明the national interest of the United Stats in its entirety would experience adverse affects by burdening the alien to seek the labor certification process還有就是證明alien will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker.
非常頭痛。因為推薦信裏這些話已被專家不止一次地說過。文章量，引用量也都是明白的事實，真不知道他們到底要的是什麽樣的證據。大家幫忙出出主意吧，多謝了！！
